Forever twenee-one

I thought I could blog during my birthday (September 17) but thanks to my buzzkill of a schedule, I haven’t even had a chance to greet myself on this online diary. But yeah, if you’re interested to know, I just turned 21. It’s my debut (or coarsely in Pinoy lingo, “deboo”). I find growing a year older way too existential for me. Considerably a last-born among my batch, I’ve learned to pinpoint age as a major factor in life: In success, and in tragedy. ( Read more… )

Kunwari birthday ko pa rin (AUDIO POST)

Hey guys, Barry here! And last Friday, I actually turned 20 years old. So that’s two and a zero. I know, you don’t believe it. I myself don’t believe it but it happened. So I know you might be saying that I look 23 or 24 but whatever now.

So anyway, in celebration of my ~unlikely existence and as well as my supposedly third blog anniversary, I just wanna thank… I just wanna thank everyone, including YOU, for reading this blog. Or in this case, listening to a podcast. I’ve gotten myself a really good share of, you know, stats and comments lately. It’s so overwhelming and wala lang… so that’s what I’m gonna say: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. And bye!

WHAT THE HELL WAS THIS: “I… I just wanna thank… I just wanna thank everyone…” accompanied by random pauses and breathing?! What a fucking über-cheesy line I feel strangling myself right now. I feel like a Lucas Scott knockoff. Daputa.

PS I had second thoughts on posting this voice post. Ang cheesy kasi, bad trip. Meanwhile, my first ~podcast can be heard HERE.

Sunshits

05.26.08. I have a confession: I have never gone to the beach/pool for three fuckin’ years!!! Shit, how unCOOL is that?!

I’m such a loser. Next summer, I swear I’m gonna be bathing forever on blue waters until all of me swells! Eek, now that’s freaky.

Anyway, I went to Juni’s birthday celebration in her home with nine other high school friends. It looked like she committed the day just for us so she fed us all alone, had us watch 27 Dresses and made us ride her SUV! Sweit.

It’s such a surprise that she trusted us to drive her baby since all I know, it was for me a pretty glint of a risky outing. We went to the beach with it to watch the sunset. Keneth drove the thing and I was so excited that we were to get ourselves ran out of gas therefore get stuck somewhere creepy! Lol, evil. But come on, the excitement is all-around.

( And now for something really disgusting )
